This Delivery & Refunds Policy explains how your services are delivered and our refund process for a smooth experience.
Delivery
All services are delivered digitally, either as prerecorded videos or live video calls:
Prerecorded Video Readings (e.g., 1-Question Tarot Pull, Relationship Analysis, Personal Blueprint Analysis):
Delivered via an unlisted YouTube link sent to your email within 48 hours of purchase (72 hours for Personal Blueprint Analysis due to its 1- to 1.5-hour length).
If you provide your date and time of birth for Personal Blueprint Analysis, a personalized PDF (e.g., Lo Shu Grid and sidereal natal chart details) is included, sent via email or a download link.
Ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive your link and PDF.
Live Video Call Readings (e.g., 60-Minute Video Call, 30-Minute Add-On):
Scheduled via Acuity Scheduling. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link at least 24 hours before your session.
Sessions occur at the booked time. Please be punctual to maximize your reading.
Refunds
I strive to deliver high-quality, personalized tarot readings, but I understand issues may arise. My refund policy is clear and fair:
No Refunds for Completed Services: Due to the personalized nature of tarot readings, no refunds are offered for prerecorded videos once delivered (i.e., YouTube link sent) or live video calls once conducted, as these are tailored to your specific questions and details.
Refunds for Non-Delivery or Technical Issues:
If a prerecorded video or PDF is not delivered within the stated timeframe (48 or 72 hours), or the YouTube link is inaccessible, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
If a live video call cannot be scheduled or conducted due to technical issues on my end, you may request a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations for Live Video Calls:
You may cancel or reschedule a live video call up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund or no additional charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, as the time slot is reserved for you.
EU/EEA Clients: By purchasing a service, you consent to immediate delivery (e.g., video within 48/72 hours or live call at the booked time) and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. If you do not consent, contact me before purchase to discuss options.
To request a refund, email quantumarium.tarot@gmail.comwith your order number and issue details. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
